Inflight Wellness Club was created with In-Flight Crews in mind. We go through rigorous training to become pilots and flight attendants yet we are never once told how to combat this wild, unpredictable, and at times, draining lifestyle. Odd hours, crazy sleep schedules, and different time zones can all lead to a lifestyle that is not only exciting but hard to navigate when it comes to our health.

Thats why INFLIGHT WELLNESS CLUB was created.
